Yesterday, it was the 65 th Drop-In for Tour des Box at CrossFit® Bern in Switzerland 😉 A great moment with coach Nik who is specialized in powerlifting and strong man.

Very good advices with the skill with backsquat at 75% 1RM. That box was opened 6 years ago. There is many coaches who will give you advices, motivation, technic, with quality 😉

If you are near Berne, you can go there, no problem ^^
